• Fred has worked for over 25 years in the international telecom industry, most recently as the Managing Director for Asia Pacific of BICS.

• Fred has been part of the Executive Committee of BICS for almost 10 years, contributing effectively to the collective management of the company as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

• During his various tenures at BICS, Fred played a pivotal role in securing multi-years, multi-millions deals through his passion for Consultative Selling and creating long-term sustainable value for his business partners.

• Fred has been Board Member of MobTexting (Bangalore), TeleSign (Los Angeles) and HomeSend (Brussels).

• He received a Master Degree in Business and Engineering from the IC HEC Brussels (Magna Cum Laude), complemented with various executive programmes in philosophy, finance and Artificial Intelligence a.o. with the Solvay Business School, INSEAD and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
